I had a decent stay at Kalika in Niagara Falls. The location was a plus. just a short drive to the falls and within walking distance to various restaurants. The bed was comfy and the room had a nice red light feature that I loved for a touch of intimacy during our special celebration. However, I encountered several issues. The first room we were given had stains on the bed and crumbs in the sheets, which prompted me to request a room change. Our new room had its own quirks, like a non-working phone, but that wasn't a big deal. The breakfast area felt cramped and crowded. it needed better organization. Breakfast itself lacked protein options, too. The pool was also a miss—nice size but the ice-cold water made it hard for my kids to enjoy it for long. While staff were helpful, improvements in maintenance and breakfast selection could enhance the overall experience. I'm not inclined to recommend without caveats, but the location makes it a manageable choice.

Family-friendly Getaway Near the Falls
We enjoyed our stay with plenty of space for the kids. The pool was a hit! Just a heads-up on dining, plan ahead as restaurant hours are limited, but we found great local spots nearby. Parking could be tricky, so arrive early for a good spot.

An Average Stay with Room for Improvement
Our family stay, though convenient for exploring Niagara Falls, lacked cleanliness and attentiveness. The room needed a thorough dusting, especially the lamps and hairdryer. With better upkeep and more focused service, this place could turn a basic stay into a fantastic experience. Consider your expectations.

Well, when we first arrived, the breakfast spread was surprisingly decent. Waffles, bagels, and fruit were all good to start our morning.
But it wasn't cheap, let's be real here.

would stay here again
The hotel was clean and super close to attractions. Our family double room had a fridge, flat-screen TV, and walk-in shower. Indoor swimming pool looked nice but we didn’t use it. Breakfast included bagels, yogurt, and waffles, but the area got crowded. Overall, decent stay for the price.

Convenient location with decent pricing
I enjoyed my stay due to the hotel’s great location, allowing quick access to nearby attractions such as the Maid of the Mist. The price was reasonable for accommodating my family. However, the breakfast area was quite cramped with limited options, and it could use some improvement.

Friendly staff helped with an early taxi, but the Wi-Fi was spotty.

The King Room, Disability Access offers ample space, a bathroom equipped for ease of use, and a nice view of the surroundings. Complimentary water bottles upon arrival add a nice touch for those traveling long distances.
Check-in at 3 PM feels awkwardly late for tired travelers, especially after an overnight trip. There are no Muslim showers in the washrooms, which could be challenging for some. Sound insulation leaves much to be desired. you hear everything from neighboring rooms and footsteps above. Overall, the layout could use some improvement, as the lack of convenient parking options also complicates access.
